- 500g boneless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into chunks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika (optional for depth)
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

- 30g (about ⅓ cup) finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional garnish)

- Skewers (soak wooden ones in water for 30 mins.
Directions🔥
- Marinate the Chicken:
In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Add chicken chunks and toss to coat. Let marinate for 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours in the fridge). - Preheat Ninja Woodfire Grill:
Set to Grill mode on MED-HIGH. Add pellets and press the Woodfire Flavor button for a hint of smoke (optional but amazing). - Assemble Skewers:
Thread chicken onto skewers, leaving space between pieces for even cooking. - Grill the Skewers:
Place skewers on the grill and cook for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is golden and cooked through (internal temp: 75°C / 165°F). - Garlic Butter Finish:
Mix melted butter and Parmesan in a small bowl. In the last 2 minutes of grilling, brush generously over the chicken skewers. Let the cheese melt and crisp slightly. - Serve:
Garnish with parsley and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top. Serve with rice, flatbreads, or salad.
