🔥 Ninja Woodfire Ground Meat Sheetpan Kebab
Mode: Roast (or Bake)
Temp: 200°C / 400°F
Time: 18–22 minutes
🧆 Ingredients:
- 500g minced beef, lamb, chicken, or turkey (or a mix)
- ½ onion, finely grated or minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander (optional)
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp ground coriander
- ½ tsp chilli flakes or cayenne (optional)
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil

For the veggies (optional):
- 1 red pepper, cut into strips
- 1 red onion, sliced
- Drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper

Add a scoop of pellets (cherry or signature blend) and press Woodfire Flavor for an authentic smoky flavour.
Directions
- Preheat the Ninja Woodfire on Roast at 200°C for about 5 minutes.
Add pellets if using smoke flavour. - Mix the ground meat with onion, garlic, herbs, and spices until evenly combined. Don't overmix — just enough to bind.
- Shape & Spread:
Lightly oil your sheetpan or tray. - Press the mixture evenly into a thin layer (about 1–1.5cm thick), or form into oblong kebab patties/strips across the tray.Arrange optional peppers and onions around the edges.
- Roast in the Ninja Woodfire for 18–22 minutes, until cooked through and lightly charred on the edges.
Optionally flip halfway through for more even browning. - Rest for 3–5 minutes before slicing or serving.
