1. Are your Wood Pellets Food Grade?
Yes, all of our Wood Pellets are certified for food use. Our Pellets are
- 100% hardwood pellets
- No fillers, binders or additives
2. What are the Sample Packs?
The Sample Pack contains enough Pellets (50g) to do One Cook. This can help you determine if you like the Flavour before buying a greated amout and wasting money!
3. Whats your Postage Policy?
All our products are posted either 24 Hour Tracked or 48 Hour Tracked with The Royal Mail. You choose which option and the cost is calculated by accumulative weight of the products ordered.
