- 1 whole wheel of brie (200–250g), chilled
- 4–5 tbsp cranberry sauce (chunky or smooth)
- 2–3 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 garlic clove, finely minced
- 1 tsp fresh thyme (or ½ tsp dried)
- 1 tsp rosemary, chopped
- Salt & black pepper
- Optional:
- 2 tbsp chopped pecans or walnuts
- Honey drizzle
- Dried cranberries for garnish

- Place the loaf on a board.
- Using a sharp bread knife, cut deep criss-cross slices:
- About 2–3 cm apart, stopping just before cutting through the base.
- Slice the brie into thin wedges.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt & pepper.
- Pry open the bread cuts gently using your fingers.
- Stuff a piece of brie into every gap.
- Spoon or pipe cranberry sauce into the gaps around the cheese.
- Brush the garlic-herb butter all over the bread, letting it drip into the cracks.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts on top (optional for crunch).
- Preheat the Ninja Woodfire to Bake/Roast 180°C.
- Add 1 scoop of pellets → select Bake + Smoke for extra depth.
- Place the stuffed loaf on a piece of foil or a small tray.
- Bake for 14–18 minutes, until the cheese is fully melted and bubbling.
- For a crisp top, give it an extra 2–3 minutes at the end.
- Place the loaf on foil shaped into a tray.
- Bake 12–16 minutes, smoking mode optional but recommended.
- Drizzle with honey
