ingredients
2 Sirloin steaks (300-400g)
1 tbsp olive oil
2-3 tbsp Angus & Oink Montreal Steak seasoning Clich Here To Purchase
2 tbsp butter
2 garlic cloves, smashed
1 sprig fresh rosemary
200g Tenderstem broccoli

Directions
- Insert Grill Plate into the Ninja Woodfire Grill, set to Grill and High.
- Add Maple Pellets, press Woodsmoke Technology and wait for 10-15 minutes.
- Rub the steaks all over with olive oil and Montreal Steak seasoning, don't hold back.
- Sear in a scorching hot Grill Plate for 1-2 mins per side, or to your preferred doneness.
- Drop the heat to medium add butter, garlic, and rosemary, and baste like a pro.
- Rest the steaks for a good 8-10mins. Good things come to those who wait.
- Meanwhile, chargrill the Tenderstem broccoli on the Grill Plate until blistered, then toss in a little knob of butter with Angus and Oink Garlic Butter seasoning for that next-level flavour.
- Slice the steak, plate up, and enjoy.
