Twisted Pepperoni Pizza!


A classic pepperoni pizza elevated with our BRAND NEW, unreleased Pizza seasoning - Slice, Slice, Baby! Keep your eyes peeled for the launch!

Featuring a perfect blend of gooey mozzarella, tangy parmesan, and spicy pepperoni on a crispy crust, this pizza is sure to satisfy your cravings with every flavourful bite.

ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza dough ball (or 260g homemade dough ball)
  • 120ml pizza sauce
  • 1 tsp Angus & Oink Garlic and Herb Seasoning Click Here To Purchase 
  • 150g shredded mozzarella
  • 25g grated parmesan
  • 12-15 pepperoni slices
  • Olive oil, for drizzling

Directions

  1. Before you start making your Pizza, get your Ninja Woodfire Oven going!
  2. Insert you Pizza Stone, fill the Hopper with Oak Wood Pellets, switch on, choose Pizza Setting and Artisan.
  3. Press or roll out your doughball.
  4. Stir Angus and Oink Pizza seasoning into pizza sauce. Spread over rolled-out dough.
  5. Top with parmesan, mozzarella and pepperoni, then sprinkle with more Angus and Oink Pizza seasoning. Drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake on Artisan Setting 370°C for 2-2.5 minutes until risen, melty and golden on the edges. Keep an Eye on it!
