Directions

    🔪 Method

    1. Cook the Fries

    1. Preheat your Ninja Woodfire Oven (or air-fryer/oven) to ~200–220 °C (400–425 °F).
    2. Place the frozen fries on the grill rack or air-fry basket in a single layer.
    3. Cook until golden and crisp, tossing halfway (about 15–25 minutes depending on thickness).

    2. Prepare the Turkey

    • If your turkey is cold or leftover, toss it with a light drizzle of oil and seasoning (salt, pepper, optional smoked paprika).
    • Spread on a tray and heat in the oven for 5–8 minutes until warmed and a bit crispy on edges.

    3. Build Your Loaded Fries

    1. Once the fries are done, spread them on a tray or casserole dish.
    2. Sprinkle on the warm turkey pieces.
    3. Add a generous layer of shredded cheese.
    4. Return to the oven for 3–5 minutes until the cheese melts.

    4. Finish with Toppings

    • Sprinkle crumbled turkey (or regular) bacon.
    • Drizzle your favorite sauce — ranch, BBQ, or hot sauce.
    • Add fresh green onions or jalapeños on top.

    Serve Immediately

✅ Best served hot straight from the oven!

    🔧 Notes & Variations

    • Cheese options: Cheddar melts best; gouda or pepper jack add extra flavor.
    • Sauce ideas: BBQ (especially smoky or Carolina gold), ranch, chipotle aioli.
    • Protein swaps: You could substitute pulled turkey with smoked brisket, pulled pork, or even turkey bacon.
    • Crispier fries: Air-fry the fries partway, then finish under the broiler to really crisp them.
