It Dosent Get Any Better Than This Bad Boy

Panko covered chicken cosying up to super tasty pork belly strips with nestled in a bed of lettuce with and wrapped in a big comforting hug of a sub roll!

Ingredients

• 2 Skinless Pork Belly Strips
• 2 Chicken Thighs
• Flour
• 1 Egg beaten
• 30g Panko breadcrumbs
• Garlic Butter Seasoning Add To Cart
• Fries With That Seasoning Add To Cart
• Sub Roll
• Tomato - Thinly Sliced
• Baby Gem Lettuce
• Mayo

Directions

1. Set the Ninja Woodfire Grill to Air Fry and 180°C
2. Coat skinless pork belly strips with fries with that.
3. Cover, chicken thighs with garlic butter rub. Dip into seasoned flour, beaten egg and dip in panko breadcrumbs.
4. Along with pork belly, place in air fryer and cook for 25mins or until Internal Temperature of Chicken is 74°C
5. Meanwhile thinly slice tomato and lightly toast a sub roll, spread with mayonnaise and garnish with lettuce. Add your pork belly and crispy chicken.
6. Eat and take a nap.
